Silver Queen Capital's Equity Financing program is very similar to our Mezzanine Debt program to provide competitive equity financing for real estate. SQCC uses long established relationships with 3rd party institutional lenders who specialize in real estate equity financing to offer our clients an alternative level of financing for their properties.  The program is available for selected development with qualified developers. Rates and terms vary greatly depending on the project and developer's background.
