SQCC has long established relationships with 3rd party institutional lenders who specialize in real estate financing. These lenders exceed SQCC's own internal lending limits and offer our clients the next level of financing for their properties. The program is available for selected income properties with qualified developers. Rates typically range from 12% to 18%, plus closing and administrative fees. Depending on risk analysis, an exit fee or limited profit participation may be required.
